Ingredients:

Jowar (sorghum) flour – 1 cup

Onion – 1 small, finely chopped

Green chili – 1, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons, finely chopped

Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon

Salt – to taste

Warm water – as needed to form a dough

Ghee or oil – for cooking
Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:

In a mixing bowl, combine jowar flour, chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and salt.

Gradually add warm water and mix to form a soft, pliable dough. Knead well.

Shape the Rotis:

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball.

Place a dough ball between two sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap.

Gently roll out into a thin, round roti. If the dough sticks, dust lightly with jowar flour.

Heat a tawa or flat skillet over medium heat.

Carefully place the rolled roti onto the hot tawa.

Cook for about 1–2 minutes on one side until light brown spots appear.
