1 cup flax seeds

1/2 cup raw peanuts

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup sesame seeds (til)

1 cup jaggery

1/4 cup water

1 tbsp ghee

5 cardamom pods (crushed)
Instructions:

Roast the Ingredients:

Dry roast flax seeds until they start to pop; set aside.

Roast peanuts until golden; remove skins and set aside.

Roast almonds until aromatic; set aside.

Roast sesame seeds until they begin to pop; set aside.

Grind the Mixture:

Once cooled, coarsely grind flax seeds, peanuts, almonds, and sesame seeds together.

Prepare Jaggery Syrup:

In a pan, add jaggery and water. Heat until jaggery melts completely and reaches a sticky consistency.

Add the ground mixture to the jaggery syrup.

Add ghee and crushed cardamom. Mix thoroughly until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
