Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats (soak for 5–10 minutes)

  • 2 tbsp almonds (soaked overnight & peeled)

  • 1/4 cup fresh coconut

  • 1.5 cups coconut water

  • 2 soft dates, pitted

  • 1 tsp soaked chia seeds


Instructions:

  1. Prep: Soak oats for 5–10 mins. Soak almonds overnight and peel

  2. Blend: Add banana, oats, almonds, fresh coconut, dates, chia seeds, and coconut water to a blender.

  3. Whizz until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
